# Usage terms

What a partner may and may not do with the Werklist logo.

## Rules

* Permitted: Show the Werklist logo in press articles and partner materials. Use the files from the downloads page as they are.
* Permitted: Link the logo to werklist.com. A reader who clicks the logo expects the company's own site.
* Permitted: Name Werklist as a partner in a co-branded layout. Agree the layout with brand@werklist.com in writing before you publish it.
* Not permitted: Suggest that Werklist endorses you without a written partnership. Readers take the logo as a promise that Werklist stands behind you.
* Not permitted: Recolor, rotate, stretch or redraw the logo or the mark. A changed logo stops being the Werklist logo, and readers stop recognizing it.
* Not permitted: Use Werklist or the mark in a product name, a domain name or a title. Your product would pass for a Werklist product.
